I generally go for low end 4x or 8x ATI graphics cards that do not have a fan. The small fans can be noisy. I've found the ATI cards to be audio friendly. I only have a 4x AGP slot and a lot of the 128Mb video cards and the 256 cards are 8x agp... I figure they probably support 4x, it would work.
